Called the shop at 9am for a nooner and didn't even ask for Bella because I figured she was booked. Set up with Indie because of past posts. So I get there and one of the Walk-ins said they called earlier. They said my name and he said ya that's me. Mia told me this. WOW, the nerve of some guys! I did not think they had an overbooking policy. They have to turn walk ins away all the time that there is no reason to overbook for possibe no shows. Customer Sevice is number one for repeat business. There is aways another new place we can go to.

So you made an appointment, drove a half hour, and they cancelled it. Well, if they keep that up, too many guys making appointments is a problem they won't have for long.
