Ok, so as promised I ventured back to see Linda. Royal used to be OK a few years ago. There was a woman who would provide a HE but, as with most parlors, service has declined to its present, dismal state.

NL is right, Royal Foot Spa is a good example of what I was talking about a couple days ago.
