Most have no problem with that and a little extra is usually expected. If you at a FS AMP I think you really need to know the MP and have a relationship with her. Always wanted to try 2 at the same time myself, but when I asked my favorite a while back she indicated that it wasn't really worth it and the girls tend not to be as open with another girl in the room, She indicated that things she does alone she won't do with another girl present. I guess you would really have to find 2 girls that have done 4-hand massages together in the past amd are comformatable with each other.

Yup! The "trick" is you pick one girl from the lineup and then ask her to pick the other girl. That way you don't get two girls who hate each other.

At a FS place practically never, but can be more often than you might think at a R&T place if you're a regular with that provider. Over the past couple years there were a couple of ladies at Lily that seemed, for certain regulars, to consider it a worthy challenge.

Interestingly enough, the 'just one' also applies if you get two girls at the same time. So you need to choose which one.
