It has been quite a week. I am going to have to slow down my pace. But I must admit overall I feel energized.

So the week started off with a shock.

I specialize in the younger babies since I'm too close to the other older ones and they don't want me, LOL. But anyway, I've had a few flakes here and there, but not many at all. I agree with Hollywood, you might have a problem with your pre-qualification process. The younger and inexperienced babies are always going to be a little nervous. If it's just a M&G, then I don't try to push any FC expectations on them. I just act like a gentleman so I don't spook them. I do however make it clear before we meet that I'm looking for a physically intimate arrangement, so they at least know where it's going to lead on subsequent dates. Flaking is so rare for me I can't even comment. There must be something in your pre-qualifying that is lacking. A yes can easily mean a no when someone just wants you to go away. Sorry. Forget responses to emails and txts. Although even that seems a little weird. Don't sprinkle any pixie dust on your presentation. Be brutally honest and then make them repeat back to you with no uncertainty what they are agreeing to. This may seem harsh but until you get a feel for the nuances involved its a good place to start.

If you have to "talk them into something" which I do on occasion just for the hell of it you are going out on a limb and thats where the flaking begins. Look for a friendly handshake right from the top.
