I'm thinking of purchasing a rental FC on a lease. I'm talking about an apartment not a hotel. Anyone know what to be cautious of to avoid having it tie back to you on public records or your credit report? My list so far is:

1. Utilities under someone else's name.

2. Obviously no personal mail to that address.

I'm not sure if a lease agreement by itself goes into public record but I doubt it would. Am I missing anything else?

I've thought of this as well. Compared to hotel rooms several times a month, this could be a cheaper, and nicer option. I'm interested in the collective wisdon on this.

Having just spent the entire day holed up in a hotel with a Shiny New Baby yesterday, I agree that once you have fucked a twenty-something or two, there is no going back. My definition of an addict any addict, is when the addiction becomes more important than the daily routines of life that most of us must persue to be a so-called responsible and productive individual or member of society. Is your gas bill late because you spent it on a ho? Did you call in late for work because you were cruising some track at 3 am the night before? Is your marraige in shambles due to calls coming in at odd hours and unexplained blond hairs in the car? Do you feel beat up or are you damaged physically in some way due to excessive sex?

I say if you do your job, take care of your family responsibilities, maintain your health with diet and exercise and regular trips to the dr, then however much sex you have or spend time looking for is a hobby. Can you be addicted to your hobby? I have friends that spend as much or more time and money on fishing than some of us do on pussy.

But since the beginning of time sex, power and money have been the biggest motivators for man to be a success. Not to toot our own horns in this forum, while we may not be multi-million dollar sugar daddies, we are guys with some money.
