Nah. Any car, truck or van can be used as undercover. Doesn't need any sort of emergency lights or anything. Baltimore City and County police have been know to drive an occasional rental car doing undercover work.

Thought I saw something similar Monday on Wilkins. Three LE in uniform with crew cuts rode buy me then later I saw the same car and there was only two guys in the car.

Yesterday saw a girl in bracelets on Conk and Balto, today at conk and Pratt. Don't recognize the girls but definitely the underover car. A darker beige Chevy Malibu with two uniforms working from it. No lights I could see. I thought all ucle's had to had working lights installed. Be real careful.

What a fine piece of ass. 5-5, 110, short black skirt, spiked stripper shoes. Picked her up at Conk and Lomdard. Did the cop check and she tells me we've dated before, about a year ago. Her hair is much darker. Thick Latino accent. So so hot but I remember her as being a bit of a witch. Very bossy. I decided to pass. I offered her five for some pics but she wanted twenty. Nah.
