Wow, Joe Looking, I am sorry to hear that your visit with Bree did not go so well. Please understand that I don't personally know her from Adam's housecat, but I have had several awesome visits with her over the past 2 years (even before she went independent). While your statement is correct, I'll add some commentary.

I visited Dawn before, she was nestled with an agency that isn't really on top of their game. They got her room number all mixed up and sent me all over the place. It was mildly frustrating.
