This was a genuine question that could have a couple of realisticaly possible answers: Could be that personal info would be required to be provided. Or could be she means "verified" by having a referral from another provider.

Saw her few times, earlier last year. Very first time I saw her, she flat out asked me if I wanted to use a condom or not, and basically stated that it didn't matter to her.
