Stopped in at the IHOP (Winter Park Massage Studio) and it wasn't even National Pancake Day (Feb 5 was I believe) and saw an old favorite Sweet Lou (Lucia). Standard. 65 at door. Lou and I have a history so the details won't matter to you guys but suffice it to say that she has dropped some unwanted pounds and looks great. She has always had a great and fun attitude.
