Yeah. I learned this approach from a CMT I met in Chicago a couple years back. She was big into the whole mind and body experience and was skilled at what she did. She said she found the guy was too focused on what was to come, anticipation, etc. To really get the benefits of the massage. So she would start out by having the guy on his back, oil him up with some nice long sensual strokes, and then proceeded to give one hell of a BBBJ (I guess a HJ would work too). She then would have him turn over and move on to a great legit massage with a totally relax and completely receptive partner. The added bonus is by time she finishes you will be "up" for round two. To which she was happy to oblige. I find you have to ask or they proceed as normal and really only works with someone with training and is in fact offering a legit massage. Otherwise. I usually throw in 30 to 40 and it is never questioned what I want or need. That being a happy ending. So you can expect to fork out between 1. And 1. 2 depending on how generous you are.

Interesting you should say that. I found if I am really interested in a good massage (CMT quality) I like a bit of sensual massage and HJ first. Followed by the "real" massage. Nothing like it to get you relaxed. Now, if we just talking your typoical MP (or AMP) experience then that is a different story.
