Hey guys, I'm coming up to Detroit for a few days and am going to be visiting some SCs. I've been reading the posts on here for a couple hours now. Wow! It's a different world up here. Also, this seems like a very informative board compared to others, so thanks for all the info. I'm planning on being in the Inkster / Dearborn area as there seems to be a good selection of clubs (FC, BTs, Bogarts, H8s). I do still have some things I'm a little unsure of. Here goes.

1. Do all the clubs close at 2am?

2. Is Valet parking optional? It looks like a lot of these clubs have valet. If it is optional, is it safe to park in the parking lot or street? Price for valet? What's the etiquette on tipping?

3. When getting a VIP, is it customary to pay before or after the fun?

4. After I negotiate a price with the dancer, are there other fees I'll have to pay to get in the VIP? How much?

5. Any good / safe hotels you can recommend to stay at in this area?

6. I'll admit, I'm a wus. I'm very nervous about Detroit's crime reputation. Is this area pretty dangerous?

Like the other guy said the area of Dearborn and Inkster are safe for the most part. I happen to prefer the fc over all other bars. Its a bit pricier but worth it in my oppinion. I always use the valet as it assures your car will be safe while you play. Also be sure to watch speed limits in the Inkster and Dearborn area. They write alot of tickets in these areas for speeding. Have fun and ask for Monica at the fc.

Arrived late afternoon so I missed the lunch crowd which means the place was dead. Sat at the bar one stool away from two gals playing with there phones. Didn't even have my drink when a Choco. Started talking and caressing me (to much to soon). She does offer extra's, average gal with a "big butt". Politely turned her away.

Two gals one stool away talking and playing with their phones engaged me with some convo. That centered on the tip out and who they had to pay. The brunette was Jackie and the other was a taller blond with big bolt ons who complained about not making any money today yet never tried to sell a dance.

The best looking girl in the place was Miranda, the shot girl who never made any rounds in over two hours. In fact, I talked to her and she told me she hates to push drinks LOL. Then I thought maybe she had something else going on on but didn't pick up vibes on that.

Talked to another Choco. Who said she was new. The interesting part was she didn't want to play in the Club but said she would see me OTC is I wanted. Digits provided.

As it was time for shift change I stayed to see if something enticing would appear. At this time I buddied with another guy at the bar exchanging war stories. A sharp looking gal sat next to him (night shift). When she went to dance he said she was also intelligent but no extra's.

I don't think I've ever been to a Club on a Monday and didn't expect much. The second string was on the field.

Oh, I called Tycoons asking about a gal and was told they eliminated the 20 VIP tax. I'll have to go down there and find out the details as I'm sure Management just re-arranged the green.

Detroit has it's good, bad, and Really bad areas, so danger is relative to where you are. The area around BT's is Dearborn and it is fine, there is a public lot next to it if you want to avoid valet charges. You can leave your coat in the car too if you want to avoid coat check charges. No idea what your budget is but any hotel in Dearborn should be fine, check tripadvisor.

I'm going to recommend you check out downtown at least once. Go to Greektown, park in the casino structure (it's free, gps if you have it) , grab dinner or lunch at a greek restaurant, check out the casino, maybe grab a beer at Bazooki's (strip club but doubt they have extra's). It is fine to walk around there, a bit grittier than downtown Indy but safe as long as you use common sense. Lot's of good normal bars.

Anyone else finding the prices outrageous?

I get the impression that the strippers at PHC have agreed to enforce a certain minimum charge for VIP fun- otherwise the pricing would not be so consistently high across all the peelers and seemingly non-negotiable. Fortunately, there are plenty of clubs within 5-10 miles that offer comparable talent (OK-maybe one step down) at half or 2/3 the PHC price.

Here are some answers. I am sure others will have more information.

1. On weekdays more or less yes. Weekends open longer till 4 in some places.

2. H8N, H8S, Bogarts. No valet, safe parking. BTs, Trumps, Coliseum, Flight club. Valet. You can drive around and look for a place, but really its not that much (about $7) for the service.

3. A good friend informed me of his VIP strategy (others have different strategies). Start up conversation with dancer. They will usually let you know if they are an extras type of dancer by saying something like "want to get dirty" or "want to have some fun" or something similar. Often they may get ahold of your crotch to emphasize the point. My pal likes to do the following. Go for a dance with girl and see how she looks and acts etc. If he likes her and its getting fun, then the dancer will often ask if he would like to do "more". He ALWAYS brings a cover. At this point he will say, I have x amount of $.100, 120 (whatever he plans to spend). The dancer will then almost always go for BBBJ or CBJ. At some point, he covers up and quite often, with the cover on, the girl will hop on for FS for the same price 100, 120. I think it is easier for them to work their magic in that way and it looks less suspicious to the occasional bouncer. Plus it is more enjoyable for them. What is nice about this is that it is more spontaneous and more of a result of the dancer being in the mood rather than an upfront deal. Plus, if the dancer is a dud in the VIP, you can bail for 20 bucks.

4. VIP at H8N, H8S, Bogarts =10 good for eve. BTs =20 each trip. Can't remember flight club (I don't go there, I think the others clubs get the job doen for half the cost).

5. Most any of the hotels by Bogarts, H8N are fine (near airport) off I 94. Not sure of places near H8S.

6. H8N, Bogarts, H8S, BTs, flight club are all reasonably safe. More suburb than city. Have to be aware, but I have never felt in danger. The 8 mile clubs are a little more dicy in the evening. Daytime is fine.

I had a similar experience at BT's last Friday night with Bell (22 year old. 5'7" white brunette, with a large tattoo on her leg). She said that she usually gets $$.50 for FS and I told her that I only had $.45 left in my wallet (.20 had to go towards the VIP tax) , after some hesitation she agreed. When we arrived in the VIP she performed BBBJ and then spun around for K9 and she didn't appear to care if I wore a cover or not (which is insane) , good thing I always carry 2 covers in my wallet. We did K9 then CG and then I finished inside.

I have found their prices to be double pretty much everything on Michigan Ave. For the most part the PHC girls are hotter, but not twice as hot (unless you're talking about Bogart's some afternoons). The place is phat, and it is pretty exciting, but I would never call it "affordable."

Recently want to Trumpps for the first time since remodeling. Haven't seen much about the place on this forum lately. Average quality of girls was very good. So, I left and headed to BTs, since I was warmed up and needed to find a closer. Nikki Phoenix came by, not for the first time. She's a hot tan blond. 5'8" with natural cees and her hair in a bob with some sort of bun on top. She won't discuss her menu outside of the VIP, and she acts offended if you tell her your wish list. Ended up with K, petite 5'3" pale white girl, with long wavy dark brown hair, tight spinner azz, natural bees, and some tats that I won't describe here. She was in no hurry. I had to suggest a trip to the VIP, which I usually don't like to do. Ended up negotiating BJ for 100, plus optional 20 tip for good performance. Very good skills, and energetic. Took some effort for me to make it last. No cim.

Don't I wish. There have been a few cute waitresses over the years. I found Anne-Marie to be especially hot. I would have loved to have had take out from her.

HT's was one of the first clubs I stumbled into 20 years ago (when they actually had white dancers). It is notorious for no VIP / privacy, low mileage dances, and not the greatest dancers.

HT is pretty laid back friendly place. I did once get HJ in the corner despite the lack of privacy.

Do they still have the jungle gym of poles over the stage? That used to be my favorite setup of all the bars in Detroit. I used to go there a lot in the early 90's. There was a dancer there that looked like Kelly Bundy's twin.

I probably started going there in 93. Don't remember Kelly Bundy. My fav was a long platinum blonde haired goth girl that used to do the black makeup / leather look. Actually I think her name was Kelly. She was studying to be a mortician. Kind of appropriate.

I figured I might find a young diamond in the rough girl willing to meet off site for a reasonable amount. Ran into a girl I used to see at the Sting about 5 years ago. She was always cool to talk to, gave great dances, and sometimes a hand rolled herbal cigarette would mysteriously appear in my pocket. After catching up I told her I only had twenty bucks left and she said she would give me a good dance. This turned out to be a 3. 5 song HJ out in the open with the waitress taking orders to the table 5 feet away. Since I didn't negotiate for nor expect much of anything I thought that was pretty cool. Good to know she is still full of surprises, I may have to go back and arrange for the off site I was looking for.

P. S. This got me thinking of a smoking hot asian / white mixed bartender named Tai from the Sting back in the day. I had her digits but never closed the deal. Anyone know of her?
