I know a girl that has a taser close at hand for situations like these but lets analyze this differently. This monger came to an agreement for services to be rendered and most likely made his intentions known before money changed hands. She could have turned and walked but instead chose to stay and take it to the chin. Do we blame the monger for getting what he paid for albeit rather unethically or the girl for choosing to stay and barely surviving the previously agreed on buttsex?

Like I was saying with Aaron's post, you make a good point, though with a different thought to it. I think we all know that we take a risk with seeing a hooker, an example being us not getting exactly what we paid for, us getting ripped off, and a million other different things. The same goes for a hooker as well. They take the risk of something bad happening to them with anybody they see. This again is a good reason why nobody can believe what a hooker says happened to them by a trick, and vice versa.

Amen to that. Not in any way discounting what Juker said, but we all know how these girls can exaggerate; however, I would never condone a guy ripping a provider's ass apart if it were obvious she was in pain or told him to stop. An extremely aggressive female prosecutor out to make an example of a john will most certainly do her damnedest to convince a jury that he is guilty of rape.

She could always try her damnedest if she wanted to, but it would all come down to a he said / she said deal and it would most likely go nowhere. I don't know how many of you guys remember this story, but about 2 or 3 months ago there was a soccer coach here in Gwinnett who was caught nude with a 16 year old girl by the dad of that girl. The dad called the cops, and the cops did nothing because they said the state's age of consent was 16. However, from what I recall, Gwinnett County laws state if an adult has sex with a person who is of 16 years of age or under it is automatically statuatory rape. I think the soccer coach should've been charged in my opinion but then again it probaly would've just been one big hassle of a case to take to court.

Not the girl in the pictures, but a very cute girl about an 8 IMO. I think you have a good point. I really wonder what would happen if a working girl pursued legal action for something like this.
