Wow! You posted quite a report on a woman that in the eyes of many of us on this board would call perfect! She offers quite the session so it sounds, and all at a very reasonable price. I know you said that she takes new clients, but she could very well get bombarded with requests, as a result of the report you posted. I've found that the way the Thai people do it is great as well. You would use a pillow flat under your chest area and then have a rolled pillow (or towel) under your forhead (this allows for your entire face to be free) , I've used this method at places that have tables with no head rest with wonderful success (either let them know you need this, or set it up prior to them coming into the room).

This setup sounds great too. Probably doesn't bother the lower back much either, since the pillow is under the torso (sleeping face down is generally the worst position to be in for anyone suffering from lower back issues).

Paid another visit to Ninja. I had Lena too on my first visit. She did have a deep voice, but I never thought about it until you mentioned it now. I think she's all woman, but who knows. I will give you a tip with the headrest. I always ask for a pillow. There should be one under the table that they will give you when you flip. Thats about the same experience I had there a few months back. She didn't use the gloves and I didn't get a HJ. So at least you scored there. The odds are that she was inexperienced. If you had shown her what to do, you'd be helping both of you out. I know it's not what you expect when you pays your money, but it could have some nice rewards. Like you return and get to show her other things that work well for you.

I wish I could remember her name. I didn't jot it down after leaving and I've completely forgot it.
