Well, not exactly, but a similar situation. I called a number that was in BP for a 1 hour appointment. When I called I asked how old is the girl, and was told about 25. When I got there she opened the door and I almost laughed in her face. She was at least 60. I appologized to her and left. I think the answer to your question is 'not enough'. If we all left when the picture did not match the person, there would be no more (or very little) fake pictures.
