I personally like Crystal and have always had good experiences with her. A while back someone on here posted a pic of her and an older pic of her in a magazine. She is different than the idol Crystal that CLS and Rizelboy have posted about. Crystal always talks about relatives, whether it is her "sister" who she claimed to live with or her "brother" or pharmacist assistant who stands around Pontiac.

Crystal is a kind person. I've always had a good time with her. She should teach SW101 class for the rest of the SW's. CB

Regardless of whether or not there would be legal rammifications, how could one live with themselves if they let another human being possibly die? You would have to go through life knowing you let another human being die and that that person will never be able to say goodbye to loved ones. I am far from a hippy but I believe everyone deserves to be treated fairly. Regardless of their life situations, people need to help people if they can. For heavens sake, I hope you would at least call 911.

Interesting discussion. I have had two SWs tell me after the fact (after many encounters) that they suffered from seizures. Probably prescription induced. I often wondered what to do if I was checked in at Tim's or the Rosedale and this were to happen. Of course one told me she was dressing quickly after the deed, so I wouldn't be caught with a naked woman having a seizure. WTF? So I usually leave them alone after the big news flash. Just wouldn't want to end up on WBAL news. Thoughts?

I recently saw Deanna walking on the side streets off of Dundalk Ave. I did not partake because I had another agenda that night, but she is one of the few girls in Dundalk that usually has a tuition free house to go to in the area (the word on the streets is that her family owns several rental properties in Dundalk).

On the question of whether you have an obligation to help someone, my understanding is that the general rule in Maryland is that you have no legal obligation to help. If an olympic swimmer sees a stranger drowning in Maryland, the olympian can just stand there and watch the person drown, even if there is no question that the olympian could have saved the drowning person.

I was also browsing some older posts and saw some discussion about whether LE will ever get in the car. I have been in this hobby since the mid-1990's and I have always been told that decoy female LE will not get in the car .

I have personally seen many stings and have also been approached by a decoy. In every case the decoy came over to the driver's window, and in my case asked something innoculous such as "Whats up?" and ALWAYS stayed out of arms reach. In the 2 cases I asked if she needed a ride. In both cases they said no. When it was clear they were hoping I would be stupid enough to solicit them I left. I parked nearby and watched a car pull next to the girl, a conversation take place and the girl turn on her heel and walk quickly away while 2 unmarked cars boxed the guy in and arrest him.

I think there is simply no reason why LE would put the decoy at risk especially since there are earsier and safer ways to get an arrest.

That was definitely a scary story about the overdose experience in the motel room and I have no idea how I personally would react if that situation happened to me. Contrary to the poster's comment, while probably not morally the right thing to do, we cannot be forced to act, so there is no criminal liability for entirely refusing to help someone in distress..

Are you sure about that? I'm not talking about giving her mouth to mouth or coming in contact with blood and putting yourself at risk - in both cases you do have no obligation, morally or legally, to do that. But if you see someone is life threatening distress you have a legal obligation, if you have the ability, e.g., you have a cell phone, to summon help. This is well established in international law, for example there is a case now where on a luxury cruise ship some people notified the captain that they saw a small boat with a guy waving a white flag and the captain ignored. There is also a famous case where a guy saw a railroad bridge washed out and he just sat there waiting for the train to come. His defense, that was rejected by the court, is that he had nothing to do with the bridge being washed out. He was criminally prosecuted. Another related example is if you know you are infected with HIV and do not tell you sex partner (paid or otherwise or customer or provider) you can be prosecuted

That Starting to help and then doing something wrong may be a different story though. .

Nope - good Samaritan laws preclude liability as long as you were acting in good faith.
The point of this is that if you are going to get involved with people like this is to be aware of the risks and take precautions so you don’t get put in the situation in the 1st place. If someone dies and you are seen leaving the area you will havetroubles that could ruin your life much greater that the risk you take for calling help.
A realtrue story: I frequent a fine young lady of the street (back home in NY) who was sharing a motel room with a partner. Both were well known Sw’s by the local LE who constantly harassed her. The partner OD’d and stopped breathing. The girl called 911 and continued giving CPR until the cops came. No questions were asked when they took the partner to the hospital and the cops kept an eye on her and even when they saw her get into a car with a trick, just harassed the trick and told her to just get lost.

Looks like I'll be spending a night in Baltimore this weekend. I'll be staying near BWI will do my usual cruise around the WW and C / CB, but if anyone has a number they'd like to share that would be appreciated.

I'd offer info from this area, but there really isn't any. It is so bad, I hardly ever cruise the possible areas anymore. .

Cops here take 7 months to find a killer they know by name and seven minutes to nail a working girl they don't.

I am wondering if I am chasing the dragon and maybe you can help. About ten days ago, I had a dream that I saw the hottest blonde walking down Dundalk close to St. Helena. She was on her cell phone the whole time, and I pulled up and asked where St. Helena was. She looked at me like I was an idiot (or not there for directions) and told me it was 2 blocks up. I asked if she needed a ride and she was like,"Oh, Ok." and got in semi-reluctantly. After the cop check, she made a point to tell me that she was not a working girl, and certainly not a typical Dundalk SW looking for her next hit of crack, and she didn't play for regular fare.

After some negotiation, she yielded. If I remember my dream correctly, we went back in the woods, which was a first for me, and she gave me a great BBBJ. Too good, bc when it was time for the main course, I busted before the condom could be put on. What I do remember about the dream is that she had the nicest body I've ever seen on a SW. I haven't been able to get online for several days, want to do a quick wrap-up of activities last week.

Because of mostly flat conditions around the W / W loop (anybody else nearly break their axle on the big hole in Washington Blvd after the construction work around the loop?) I ended up mostly in the B / CB area. On Wed evening I connected, near Pontiac, w / a very attractive blonde spinner I know I'the seen previously but not scooped. She's Crystal, but not the Crystal (s) that have been profiled in many recent postings (at least I don't think so). Petite, a real sport model. Maybe on the verge of being too thin. She had a place for us to to go to, with only female family members present, that made for a convenient arrangement. Crystal has terrific mic skills, but I made sure to experience her other skills as well. Very good overall. Maybe not as freshly showered as she could have been, but I didn't catch her right after breakfast; }

Crystal gave me contact info, through one of her relatives, though I'll say that connection already failed once already (see next post). I enjoyed overall, may try her back.

Well I saw your girl Crystal last night and was shocked that she was out. She is still so damn small but cute. I wanted to stop but I had other ideas to take care of first and looking for Abby. It was like she appeared from no where. I drove around bored for awhile and got something to eat and then back on the stroll on Pontiac and Washburn but looking in the between alleys and streets. I would not see anything so it was back to Pennington and Fairhaven along with CB Blvd but there was limited girls if any. Then all of a sudden it was like the two best looking WSW with hot bodies came out and they where all alone. I was thinking that they where bait for LE and then saw them get picked up and started to work. I waited for on with Brunette hair but she was taken and then the other was a blonde with a smoking hot body but when I opened the window to talk to her she had the worse voice along with some major scars on her face. I was thinking that if she had these kind of scars on her face, her body much be a train wreck. So I passed and went back to Pontiac and in a great stroke of luck. 4 LE were pulling in where I saw the Brunette and where stopping to talk to her and going into a house that she was in front of.

Pontiac had Crystal and a few others that where not lookers at all. I saw the one that I did date before but can not remember her name at this time, she was hot and fun. Great personality and was not all business, but my main purpose was to see Abby if I could find her on Washburn and look at the other spots just to waste time. Let Crystal and the known WSW that I knew go for a long ride for nothing. I think I will try to do this again today but I have to go out of town for business and return Friday. I am putting all my efforts to see Abby again but if that does not pan out by Friday. I will be going to see Elizabeth off of Washington Blvd. That is a great date regardless and always on the top of my list.
