As for Lincoln park, there is a quiet lot near leftfield of the baseball field. I park there when I umpire.

I'd be careful in Lincoln Park as parts of the park are in Glendale. I think that the Glendale coppers probably have more time to patrol the park than the Milwaukee boys.

I've gotten serviced in Lincoln park. Just be cautious and aware of your surroundings. The parking lot over by the golfing area off Hampton has been a good spot for me.

Scheduled a date with Angie for a drive through town.
