Consider this a PSA and a vent. I really don't care how much a monger tips, but show some common sense in physically giving the tip.

It came to my attention this past weekend that some mongers make a big deal out of tipping in the presence of other staff working there. I can only assume that they do this because it feeds their ego, they hope to demonstrate they are okay to others should they have an interest in repeating, or are just not seeing the bigger picture. Gee Oz, I know this is going to come across as smart ass, so apologies in advance for that. But if sheer numbers were all that was required, kinda no point in holding an Olympics. That said, you throw in a Latin lady from SA and I am with you on looks. I personally would give the edge to SA females in terms of performance, but the Asians seem to be better at setting the anticipation in terms of prelude activities. At least for me.
