I was in the area today around 10p. YF I think I saw the same SW you described walking around the store 24 area. Had a back pack and looks much like the picture that Satine posted. At the 7/11 saw a hot, straight hair blond girl. Wearing PJ pants, looked 18-20 and was walking with a dark skinned Hispanic male. Later I saw them coming out of store 24 with grocery bags. Highly doubtful that she is a SW but who knows. Over at Westford / Nichols corner saw a tall very thin long straight hair brunette. Definite SW since she waved at me. She looked cute.

Is LE changing tactics?"I read the last Lowell Sun article about the sentences for the mongers that were caught with their hands in the cookie jar. Here is a quote "Mr xx. 36, of YYYY. Police said Mr xx approached a female undercover officer near the intersection of Pine and Westford streets and offered her $40 for sex. The police report states Mr xx told the undercover officer "I know a good spot" before driving around the block located at 125 Westford St." What I gather from this is that the undercover officer got in the car and let the poor monger drive away. Was in Lowell from about 9-11:30 one female out walking around tall 5'7" wearing black and a black back pack. Not sure if she was LEO but She was walking the Appleton, Gorham and the street the projects and pool are on. Also looked like a police disco for about a half hour cars being pulled over on the rotary and 5 cars with lights flashing in front of the apt bldg across from Haffners.

Lamron, your discription is right on. I picked her up last Sunday afternoon. Her story checked out exactly as you said it, too. I had her in the car and we were driving away while making small talks. A leo cruiser passed me by, with lights flashing. She insisted on getting out of the car right away although the cop was already 2 blocks away. Good thing you did sampled her with good result.

She asked for 50, said I didn't have that, then she let slip that she couldn't do it for less than 20 then she asked what I had and I said 30 and she agreed. She had freckles all over her face and had a tatoo on the lower part of her neck and redish brown hair. Got a BBBJCIM and she did a really good job with no rush
