Feds are getting involved due to the anti-trafficking law Gov Patrick signed.

If there are under age girls involved or human trafficking the Feds will get involved.R D

As for the FBI, I can't say if they were or were not involved in the Lowell prostitution sweeps & anything else stated is just pure speculation. I'm just glad not to have found out first hand if they were involved or not, unlike the other 18 souls arrested. But I do know that I don't believe everything I read in the papers! (Can you say scare tactics)

The Human Trafficking Law is a double edge sword.

I am no lawyer & haven't the time to read & research the above law, however read chapter 272 section 8 & 53A as it seems to apply more to Johns & prostitutes & the associated punishments if convicted.

Chapter 262 sections 50 & 51 is a eye opener also & seems geared more towards the trafficker.

Remember they still need proof in order to convict you of anything.
If you do get arrested on any of the above charges do not incriminate yourself, shut the fuck up refuse to answer any questions other than your name & address until you speak to an attorney.

The thing that really gets me is that lawmakers & people in power think that they can solve societies issues & problems by enacting more laws with harsher punishments.
Since when has punishment been met with anything other than defiance & resistance.
I sure don't know how to solve the issues & problems & not sure I would want to.

Went to Jays after work & while I was talking on the phone noticed there were several SWer's out n about & hanging around at about 4:00 PM.

Ya just gotta luv the resiliency of providers, despite the weather conditions or their condition in general, or the many busts, stings, & combined efforts of the supposed Moral Society & Law Enforcement & the laws that they pass, the providers & mongers are still out there & always will be!
If you read the Boston, Brockton, Lawrence, Springfield & other boards you will see stings also going on there as well as here in Lowell, so to all my brothers in arms who are about to ROCK we salute you!

At Jays saw a pretty brunette with a green top on & a lot of tramp stamps, body looks a little meaty but not in a bad way. Nessa come over at some point, along with a couple of chubby brunettes, & an older blonde dressed all in black, along with Wendy in a slinky dress & heels walking up & down Gorham street by the courthouse & Towers news.

The young hot blonde spinner I saw on Sunday from post #1554 also came by & asked for a date, unfortunately I was still on the phone & couldn't get off, she said she'd wait in Jays & to come get her when I was done, I saw her a littler later come out & get into a vehicle, spoke to her after she came back but I had made plans to meet Janet, thought I got a couple of pictures of her but they were not saved, at some point I hope to get with her & get some pictures & find out how her skills & talents are. A few weeks ago I stated that the ops in Lowell was to clean up the streets before the Folk Fest. I've changed my mind after reading the recent comments by uncle Leo. I was running errands in downtown Lowell on Fri and stopped at the light at Central & Appleton. Saw a blonde sitting on the curb in the pkg lot by Towers. Got a big smile and nod. I decided to run my own ops and check her out. I watched her stroll down to the convenience store then past Towers and park herself on the benches in the apt complex across from Jays. Great spot to see everything that goes on. The blonde looked like Jackie who has been mentioned on here before. Decided to get out of dodge and came across a brunette on Central who also gave the look. I swear she was the same brunette I saw near Haff's a few weeks ago when I saw the unmarked taxi / cruiser. At night she looks like a dude!

Generally speaking after a sweep the authorities will put their own folk on the street. Be careful. Loop before the scoop guys.

About a month ago I was driving down Appleton and saw the aforementioned Lisa sitting on a brick wall and looking waaaay to obvious. I cut down a side street and low and behold Leo was parked near the shelter within direct sight of Lisa. It goes without saying that uncle knows all of the faces. The fact that she is running around is suspicious to me.

Lastly most of the ops have been at night. While the cover of night helps a monger it also hurts.

Last night was a ghost town "beside leo " till after 10:00 ". Lowell has lot's of Girl's and for every girl you will find 2 leo's and one under cover. I saw 2 arrest's of girls on side streets and I saw enough. Went to 7-11 " got a drink " and got the look from the girl with pink hair but it was impossible to make the scoop plus I think she was winning playing scratch tickets. Can't blame her I would rather win 20 on a scratch ticket than win 20 from me "it's harder work "LOL. Oh well left Lowell empty handed again but the window shopping was great saw at least 10 girls. Be safe leo is parking on side streets and pulling cars over more than I have ever seem. Any #'s on the pink haired girl would be great to line up a scoop spot. Looks like I'm taking other members advise and contacting Janet.

This stuff is really bugging me. There are seriously way better things to do with Federal and state money. I ride the T to and from Boston every day to get to work it is a mess. How about all the homeless people in this state? Shouldn't that money go to them? How about the men and women that serve this country in the military. They come home and have shit. THey are protecting our freedom. Why not pump all the money they are wasting stopping this so called "human trafficking" to help these people. It is just a total crock and it pisses me off. Free-them-all Deval has nothing better to do? I am really annoyed.

I was in Lowell tonight and there was a girl on Gorham St by the courthouse that was yelling for me and shee looked Waaaaaayyyy to good to be true. She looked good and was dressed in a slinky dress with heels. That's something you just don't see hardly at all and with all the LEO activity lately it's enough to make you paranoid. These days if I don't recognize a girl I just keep driving.

Lockmonster, I know it sounds risky, but I would LOVE to fuck with them if I thought it was a cop. Pull up and act completely oblivious when they ask if you want a date. Ask if they are asking for a ride, etc, to see how long it takes for her back-up to whisper into her earpiece to move along.

Holy shit on the recent busts in Lowell! Something in the report that I find hard to believe is the statement that FBI agents were involved, I think that's BS, since when does the FBI get involved with prostitution sweeps? State police I've heard of being used, but FBI! Common now that's them trying to blow wind up our skirts.

Seen Janet Tuesday night so missed the action on the streets thank gwad.

The address on one of the guys busted is close to me, so I just had to look him up. Turns out the poor bastard was busted 6 years ago for the same thing.
