Maybe I am wrong, but it seems that on some sites it is hard to get the profiles changed or get a site admin to change a "looks like picture" to "doesn't look like picture." So from that perspective, not a lot of incentive for the ladies to update their pics.

Of course when I look at pics of myself from ten years ago versus what I see in the mirror now it is quite the warning sign that I should perhaps take it easier in the future.
