I am fairly confident if you are a regular and confirm your progress with each visit ("I've got 7 visits in, only 3 to go for my free one.") they'd have no reason not to honor it. The only thing that strikes me as odd is the girl not the mamasan is managing it.

Most mamasans have longer tenures than massage girls.

A few AMPs have done that, notably K Treatment on Buford Hwy. It would take me forever to get 10 visits so I never bother to use the card. Even if you redeem it, they can always jack up the price of the extras. Also, you might be saving $60. For an hour session + FS at $180 a pop, you'd have to spend $1800 just to save that $60.
