One word of caution about Rte 9. It is a state route and parts of it are in Wilmington. And as such it is often patrolled by all three flavors of LE. At times I have even seen all three [Blue, Brown & Gray] together conferencing with a citizen over some particular matter. Also have seen UCLE in the area working its magic. So cavet emptor.

The other spot most mentioned is the Super Wawa closer to the airport (Yeah there are two Super Wawas on Rte 13).
