My 2 cents: I have yet to pick up a girl on the street, not sure if they'd hop on a motorcycle. And we go to her place. So I can only speak of "escorts" and I have not been busted yet. The beauty of the con was that she wasn't insistant, and didn't get my guard up. And she didn't offer her keys. She made them viewable and knew that the john would always ask for them as collateral. Had she offered them, I might have been more inclined to look at them more carefully.

You are half right. Its dangerous for the girl to expose herself, because if she is with an undercover cop she will be busted for lewd behavior as a precurser to prosititution.
