We as a community have the power to control costs as well as service. We all know the standard SWer rates and have heard them all say that they are better and deserve more. The fact of the matter is that if you "stick to your guns" and offer standard tuition with the possibility of a tip you will on average get good service at fair rates. If you do this and develop a regular thing they take great care to keep you happy as they too wish to minimize risk. I have heard I get. 6 so many times (ha ha!) tell them politely that you are happy to keep looking and they change their tune. Just because your secondary head is saying "fuck it" keep in mind they are usually suffering from very real pressures that need feeding. If you tried hard enough you could get away with a pack of smokes and burger king. Don't fall for the bull shit.
