I completely agree with your advice, but I am not sure it is illegal to film someone in public where there is no reasonable expectation of privacy. Otherwise JohnWatch would be facing legal sanctions. But it IS illegal to record conversations w / out permission. Its been ahilw since going for a road and the head below was yelling at me so like a good partner, I obliged and went for a cruise down WW & CB Monday after work. Not much out at all. Last Wednesday night I picked up Kim (WSW) someplace on Wilkins. Seemed like she had a nice personality, did the hand shake and we were off.
