I agree with D and Oz posts below, although I would add a couple more agencies that I consider to be solid.

ATL is also fortunate to have high quality indies that can be scheduled in the 200-300 range. Vegas, for example, seems to be at least 100 higher across the board for similar quality escorts. I know many will say that these amounts are ridiculous or the girls have GPS syndrome (or PPS syndrome as one senior monger prefers). But it all comes down to one's perception of value and levels of acceptable risk and the value we place on our own time. Yep. There are ripoffs and B&S in any price range, but imo they generally get fewer and fewer as the price goes up.

As an FYI it seems in the last year or so many ATL indy escorts have increased their rates from anywhere between 50 and 150 an hour. I think that type of rate increase is ridiculous and now many of these same ladies are offering specials. Yet agencies seem to have held the line on rates. True, mongers are still shilling out 200-300 for agency girls. But when you consider the splits are typically 60-70 for the lady and 30-40 to the house. The girls many think are way overpriced are not bringing in any more green than many of those quickie BP / UTR gems that we all want to hear about. And we also need to remember differences for the quick vs the hour. Some agencies don't even offer the half.

And to further echo what Oz posted, often one has to go through several BP ladies to find a girl that offers the quality of one of these agency escorts. If I want quick and less expensive, I go to AMPs (big surprise given my handle) When I want a more quality encounter, I prefer the escorts. But don't get me wrong, always interested in hearing about that hidden gem too.

Just my opinon on the subject. Be pretty boring around here without the reports on the hidden gems as well as accepting the merit of some of the higher end ladies as well.

I would agree with the last few posters have said re: better agencies.

ATL2010 wanted to compare Agencies vs. Indies. It maybe semantics but I don't want to lump all indies together.

Well established indies command similar is not higher pricing than most agencies and provide a fantastic experience

For me it's worth it for the peace of mind and convenience of knowing exactly what I'll get. For the most part, pics are accurate, no B&S. Reviews are easy to find on the oThER site, and most of the women for the popular reputable agencies (my favs are JFL, Hush, Exotic Atlanta, and Journey2U) will provide similar top notch service so your only major decision is to find the one that you find attractive. For the good agencies (like JFL) , yes, it's worth it: it's almost a guarantee of a very hot time with a very attractive girl.

I really think the "bargain shoppers" actually spend MORE per unit quality that the higher-rollers, simply because you might have to plow through 10 sub-$100 girls to find that one gem, where the better escorts (meaning north of $250 per hour) are about 80% or better likely to be "very good" or better.
