Check out what is available on Expedia. Com as they usually have a wide range of inexpensive hotels near the strip. You could also probably get a cheap room at a place like Excalibur. 100 proof is a good agency. I have seen several of their girls over several Vegas trips and I have never had a bad experience yet.

As for indys, you may wish to check out Jenny Syn. I have seen her several times. I have also seen Ashley Jade but that was pre-bob job. I think she wrecked her body be adding those damn things.
