Well I'm not sure that the issue of having a model release hinges on making a profit. In fact I think that if one of the girls whom you have photographed were to get her life together, she could (if she wanted to) sue you for some sort of damages. And it is entirely possible that one of her relatives could sue on her behalf. I guess we are all fortunate that it has not happened yet.

What I had in mind was not doing it for profit, but doing it as a sort of charity effort. As such, I would imagine that any number of printers would be willing to help in such an effort.

I was actually thinking that they could be sold online. If they could not be sold here, then I can't imagine why one could not create a web site for selling them. I also can't imagine why you could not work out some way of having people pay using PayPal.

Once again, if it were done as a charity, I can't see where people would have a leg to stand on regarding whether or not you are promoting prostitution or drug abuse. To my mind, you would not be promoting anything except that charitable people should help the unfortunate victims of drug abuse and the skin trade. Hehehe.

Anyway CJ, if you can find a way to do it, I will be happy to buy several of them and give them as gifts.

No! No! No! Absolutely not! That is not a crazy idea.
In fact that is the best idea ever suggested to me. I would be willing to do it, provided I could get around certain problems.

1. I don’t get model releases from the girls. For something like this I would need their written permission. As it is now I don’t need their written permission because I am not making money or profiting from their pictures. With their permission I could legally produce a calendar of “Girls from Kensington Avenue.” All proceeds to be donated to the “Mission,” or local “NA.”

2. I would have to have the pictures, releases and calendar done early enough to display them before 2013 – everything would have to be done before October, November at the very lease.

3. Finding a willing printer might be a problem.

4. There are at least three bars and one book store that might be willing to display them. But, how do I collect the money?

Still, it is a good suggestion. I could include a few words from the girls on the plight of girls living on the streets. The pictures would not have to be complete nudes; R-rated would work just as well.

If anyone has any ideas on how this could be done, speak out. If any of you legal beagles have anything informative to add; please do. This is something I might be interested in doing.

Maylea is a stunningly beautiful woman who ranks among the 2-3 hottest SWs I've ever picked up in any city. Don't just follow the link Cooky includes here; he's done other sets including a threesome with Aundria.
