Can anyone reconcile this with #227 below? It looks like it's about the same girl.

I would look at each poster's previous post. The positive poster only had two post both about the same lady whom he seems to like very much. The negative poster has five post, two negative, three different areas, two about a Heaven Leigh, and one in the wrong forum.

So right before I brought in the new year I felt a little adventurous so I came across miss Mia ad on BP. I See. 8 special pics look great so I'm interested but hesitated on the looks of her pics but kind of low price. So I called her up asked for rates and loc she told me the. 8 special was for a short stay and her location was at a ok hotel in old city. I have heard of girls that do out calls to run up business. Personally I wouldn't do out call unless it's a hotel with key card elevators and meet in lobby so no driver allowed up. And never give full money up front.

Let me ask you this. You are the supervisor of the Vice Squad in Philly. You have a limited budget and streetwalkers abound, AMPs spring up here and there and drugs are over running the city. How would you spend your resources most effectively? Offer horny guys some decoy in an indoor setting that you have control over and nab 5 maybe 10 guys in an afternoon. Or set up a whole posse, lead by a decoy, who has to walk into an unknown, uncontrollable situation where anything could happen. And nab maybe one or two guys in a day.

Biggest problem one has with outcall heaaladies is you don't know what you are getting: she might show up with a driver, she might take the cash up front and then "forget something" in her car and bolt, she could be carrying weapons or drugs. But most of that should me manageable. But then one needs to ask them self. Do I really want to invite such a lady into my home? Some have speculated that if the girl is drug dependent, then having her know where you live might not be a great idea.

Have seen posters report here of girls showing up drug sick and in need at all hours of the day. But what if she has a need for cash, calls and determines you aren't home and decides to stop by anyway to "help herself?"

Not to say there isn't a rouge situation out there. After all this is the City where the Vice cops were knocking over the Asian owned bodegas over Ziploc baggies. But the odds are probably with you.
