The cops had SW 8th street close off right in front of The Ernesto, not sure if there was a disturbance in the Ernesto or what, I did a U-turn and took Flagler back.

From the second pic it looks like the cops closed the street due to a downed power line. The crew was up there trying to fix it when you snapped the pic.
