Good luck on the streets with the cold weather coming. Pretty hard to tell the players without a scorecard as the saying goes. With all the heavy coats and hoodies it's going to be really tough to tell what's going to hop in your car.

The weather does make our lives a little more difficult. I stuck out yesterday and I'm not sure if I saw any SW or not. Was out in the AM in north and south loops, saw what I thought were some nice options and seemed to get some looks but whenever I got back around they were gone, so either one of you dudes picked then up or they weren't working. I did make contact if a nice looking hispanic girl, we made eye contact and she followed me down the next side street, but as she looked in my car she decided to keep walking. A lot of SW say I look like a cop so my guess is that she was a rookie and thought the same.

I even called a couple of my regulars with no luck, none of them answered, so I guess it just wasn't in the cards for me yesterday. I am going to try and get out this afternoon and will report back.

Went cruising tonight on Lisbon and saw 2. One BSW and one WSW who looked like she was on drugs. Probably 40ish and skinny. As I am new to this, I took all your advices from here. Made eye contact and stopped about a block away. She walked back and I saw she was not worth it, so I pretended to be on the phone and shoo her away. So in all, just two.

I was in the area around 1 pm, so thought I would take a quick cruise. I was not expecting to find much with the cold weather and drizzle. I did see two potentials. There was a younger Hispanic, in a yellow rain jacket. She was crossing the street at 13th and Lincoln as I was waiting for the light to change. She did not make eye contact, but she just had that slow walk of an SW. I drove around the block to get a 2nd look, but she disappeared.

I decided to drive around again hoping to see her. Instead I saw an older, maybe 30s WSW. She gave me the look, but it was right by the busy corner of 13th and Lincoln and people were waiting for the bus. So, I circled around and she must have dropped into the same hole as the other one because she was gone too.

I was just thinking about this last night, ways to get them out of the car. That is. I took a curiosity cruise on my way home from work around 10:30. It seems like whenever I'm not seriously looking, or not prepared to do a pickup, that's when I see something that interests me. There was a fair amount of activity on the Northern loop but nothing worth stopping for, until I was about to head home. Headed east on North, there's an empty lot on the south side of the street near popeyes. I glanced down the side street and saw what looked like a very dolled up lady crossing the street. She saw me looking and gave me a little wave, so I decided to go around and take another look. When I got around the block she had moved and was standing in the median. As I got closer I had to laugh. I think it was a he / she in a full body see through fishnet getup and a thong. She / it stepped out toward my car as if I was going to stop right there in the middle of North ave. Anyway, the rest of the way home I thought about scenarios where I'd need to ditch a bad pick up.
