She may have been innocent but she was also near the first car I mentioned who was getting towed. Too many coincidences for me.

Cruised M ave, grd riv and jr all late this afternoon. Only good thing I saw was on ave near livernois. WSW, very tall, skinny, big heels and short mini skirt. Looked to be a 5-6 SW scale.
