It's easy. From I-95 get on Allegheny and then take a right on Kensington. Look on both sides of the street. Stop at the 7-11 a few blocks on the right, get a drink and hang out for a few minutes. Sometimes there are SWs in the parking lot or in the immediate area. Get back on Kensington and continue up to Torresdale, take a right and stop at the Dunkin Donuts. You might see some guys parked in their cars waiting. They're probably looking for the same thing you are. Go look in the parking lot behind Mcdonald's and Taco Bell. You can continue taking Kensington up another few blocks, maybe up to Frankford. I haven't spent any time North of there, so I don't know what you might find past there.

So turn around and double back on Kensington going southbound, looking carefully near Castor, looping around the park at Tioga, and cruise slowly by the 7-11 to check for any new faces. Continue past Allegheny. I've not had luck in the first few blocks southbound past Allegheny, which in the daytime are pretty busy with many people. But after that area, keep an eye out. Continue on Kensington, then make a left onto Front. I usually make a U turn after the Berks metro station, although I think people have reported success south of there.

If you make the loop I've just described, I think you'll find at least a few SWs no matter what time of day or weather. If you're lucky and hit it at a good time you'll never have to make the whole loop.

If you'll have a rental car, make sure it has a Pennsylvania license plate. This will help you to blend in.

Be careful about making left turns. Many intersections along Kensington have signs posted that do not allow left turns. I was pulled over and ticketed for violating one of these. Luckily the fine police officer that issued that ticket one winter night at 2:30 AM did not smell my breath or inquire if I had been drinking. I didn't even have to shut my engine off, he did everything through the one inch space that I had lowered my window. Must have been filling a quota!

Sometimes you'll see SWs on Frankford or the streets connecting Frankford and Kensington. I've found it easier to locate the SWs on Kensington, give them a nod, then try to pickup on a side street.

Don't hesitate to park and observe an area for 15 or 20 minutes, it's much easier to notice people when you're not also driving! You can park pretty much anywhere on Kensington. When I'm parked, SWs will often give me "the look" as they're walking by, making a pickup very easy.

Hey I'm a working girl and alot of us working girls won't get in the car with 2 guys and that's usually the situation with having a hack drive you around I know myself I wouldn't think about it would you? So go the extra mile and get the zip car or philly car share like he said and a cab ride also enterprise is 20. 00 a day and having a cab is weird and I don't believe alot of girls would go up to a pulled over cab and say are you looking for a date so the meter is running an by the time you get a girl you probably already spent 75. 00 or more anyway hope my input can help! I feel right at this point .3 for CBJ from Heather would be a good / great value if she is in a good mood.
.6 not so much. I am afraid at this point we may be facing inflation, but do not have enough data to draw this conclusion.

Muster up the nerve to try to pick her up and POOF another monger scooped her. He must have done a multi-hour date because she was gone for the day. Saw another girl up in that area and she gave the "date look". I tried my best to get back to her before I was mongerblocked again. Get to her and she is looking the other way and I could not get her attention. Did another pass and decided it was not to be. Did several more runs and more girls kept appearing and vanishing.

Out of the blue I see this this nice looking female in the Huntington area. I can't see her front, but her back view looks great. Shapely petite butt, nice low cut black boots, long thick reddish hair. I keep trying to catch up to her but of course there is a traffic block. Finally catch up and she looks good from front view also. Now I have to try to scoop her with all the environmental variables on the Ave. Persistence and timing and success.

Enters the lovely Heather. I am not sure if this girl is a master BS artist, but it seemed like we had many thing in common it is freaky. Very pleasant, playful & talkative. I would like to spend some more time with this lovely. We'll see if the stars align.

I don't know about any of you but, as for me, I would rather stay home than have someone else involved in my hunt. So how exactly would this work? You flag a hack and tell him you are looking for a SW. He drives you to the hotspots. You see one you like, wave her over, and she gets in the hack's car. Then he drives the two of you somewhere OR you bone in the backseat. IMHO, that sounds like a recipe for disaster.

Shoot, the average cost of a BBBJ+tip is $30-$40. Why not spend a couple more dollars and get a phillycarshare or zipcar? Sure, the car may have the logo on the side but at least you will be safer than getting a hack. I mean really. Seriously? The average rental from one of the above mentioned orgs is about $10 per hour. I am sure the added safety far outweighs the additional cost.

In the discussion about using a taxi or not, along with the available knowledge that comes with the driver, what about the underground hacks? I know they prowl the main stations along the el as I have heard this from many sources. Got to believe they would know about everything that goes on.

Of course the negatives would be finding them, (I can't say I have ever seen one for sure) , and then trusting them by getting into their car. Sorry I do not have any advise on these two issues.

IMHO you might want to pack a gps and a cell phone in your ass. After they rob you naked and drop you by the river you might need some directions home.

Trust me, very bad idea! Can be a huge waste of time and put yourself at great risk. I'll never ask for a guide to ride with me or follow someone to a place that they know. Could easily be a setup for a robbery or worse. You're doing something wrong if you can't find what you're looking for.
