The motivation for people to post reviews on that site is to get free access to other reviews. The motivation of the site owner is to have other people pay for access to the reviews. Anyone see the conflict of interest? What would happen if when you do a search on 5 girls and find they all have bad reviews? Are you going to want to pay to read the "juicy" details.

I use the site to get a general idea about an escort and contact or other sites that contain her information. Beyond that, I never have placed much credence in what appears there.
