The 2nd girl, straw blond dutch boy haircut, never seen, but looked a pretty if not twitchy druggy. If it was a sting, seemed an odd time with zero traffic of any kind. If I thought it might be, it would be because of environment all around devoid of usual homeless, rif_raf or other normal street life 2am or not.

This is true, back in the late 80s and early 90s, I would start my run at NW 103 street and head south to 79th street along 27 ave and found many girls at the bus stops along the way.
