I am real bad at understanding jurisdiction lines, but I thought this article in AJC was interesting as it gave cause to shut a place down even if no customers were present or nothing untoward was suspected. Perhaps it is old news being recycled by AJC. Legislators have way too much time on their hand when they start setting ordinances up specifying light bulb wattage and worker apparel.
