Has anyone been successful in keeping a salaried lover?

I am constantly striving for a regular relationship that is a "deal " for both partners and that gets away from the piecework routine. My SB is paid by the encounter at present, and I can and want to see her more than I should spend. I will bring up the possibility of a set monthly rate with her for an open ended number of visits.
