I tried out Fine Touch in the phretta. Good point but not sure. Would they belong to Gwinnett County or Forsyth? I based my comments on gut instinct. If you're familiar with the area, it appears that the strip mall that One Spa is located in doesn't get a lot of traffic. I blow by there all the time and don't see a lot of cars. Cumming is to the west and Buford is to the east. It seems to be kind of a passing-through area, not a recreational place to stop.
