I had the good fortune to experience the skills of Heather Kochenash LMT yesterday. Being an LMT myself I know how to judge an LMT's skills and experience. I was very pleased with her $45 first time client rate for a one hour massage. However in my mind I wondered if it was just a comeon to get me in the door. I am happy to say that that was not the case at all.

I called and fortunately she had an opening at 4:30PM so I accepeted and left in time to make a couple of quick stops before my appointment. I arrived at her lovely and well appointed Dublin office just before 4:30PM and was greeted warmly.

She showed me into a therapy room that was quite the perfect setting with softly lit candles, relaxing music, nice fragrance and a small waterfall that lent itself to an air or calmness and relaxation right away. She left the room to allow me to get undressed and relax a couple of minutes on the table before she came back to begin my massage.

She came back into the room and made sure I was comfortable before beginning her work. In about two minutes I knew I had really found a gem of an LMT who is good at what she does. She offers all modalities of massage so I selected a relaxation massage with some light muscle work to deal with some knots in my back and neck that she expertly found and worked out. Heather offers several upgrades to tailor your massage to your personal needs and taste including hot stones and more.

When she finishes with me I was as relaxed and calm as I've ever been and I felt as limp as a strand of spaghetti. She has magic hands that really made me glad I called her for an appointment. She is a definite repeat for me. She does have one other LMT that she shares the practice with, that I didn't have the pleasure of meeting. Both of them have extensive experience in providing the best experience you could hope for.

Here are the facts as I know them, so please just take this as an alert to be careful.

She was arrested by a OSU policemen in the South Sub Base Parking Lot.

She was arrested on 5/31/11.

The charges are mostly drug related, but whenever a provider is arrested there is a chance that Leo can pressure them to turn in others.

She was arrested for: Drug Paraphernalia Possession, Drug Possession, Solicitation and on an existing warrant from another jurisdiction.

I posted something just to make everyone aware that they should be cautious. I did not post it to be malicious or vindictive. Anyone can be busted. Anyone can make mistakes. I will not post copies or links to the court docs openly to protect her real name and home address. I will give USASG staff the links so they can decide what if anything they will do.
