In fact I do know Purple, having met him not long before the current onrush of controversies concerning what does, does not, has or has not, will or will not occur at WW in the future. We had a pleasant chat or two in the TV room / waiting area as I stopped to visit the ladies briefly after enjoying a session. We later exchanged some PM's. BTW, he is the only member of the Board whom I've met in person.

He struck me as an earnest, hard working and decent fellow. I say that acknowledging that many readers of his posts may well have reached different opinions of him. That said, why did I not directly rally to his defense as other Forum members cast insults his way?

1. First and foremost, I felt that he was perfectly capable of defending himself.

2. Second, I did not, as my grandfather used to say, have a dog in that fight. His concerns about WW and its rules of engagement, as it were, are his and not mine. And when a fellow's wife is involved, my rule is to stay away as emotions in such matters are complex and deep-as more than amply demonstrated by the tenor of Purple's several postings.

3. I know nothing of the facts, not having been present when various customers of WW were enjoying whatever experiences they in fact enjoyed.

4. Finally, as I am sure Purple would readily acknowledge, my counsel to him all along has been to leave well enough alone. Again drawing from one of my grandfather's many lessons to me,"the trouble with wrestling with barnyard animals is that you both get dirty, but they like it." (He said it somewhat more colorfully but as there are ladies present I have taken the liberty of recasting the lesson in more mundane terms. Do forgive me.) Perhaps reflecting the heightened emotions involved, Purple chose to post his comments, notwithstanding my friendly advice, but he is a grown man and that is his right. I applied my grandfather's lesson, even though as I recall one or two postings were somewhat insulting to me personally-but I have thick skin and engaging in mutual, reciprocal name calling does not seem to me to represent a wise investment of time.

I went to the place on Franklin for the first time a month ago, had Jenny who gave a mediocre massage but a very nice ending. Dropped by yesterday and Jenny's gone, now it's Lucy and Maggie. I had Maggie, not unattractive but not appealing, really disappointing massage but the ending was, once again, way above average.

Not sure I'll return, but I wanted to update any fans of Jenny.

This is the place on Mass ave that I reported on back in Feburary. I subsequently did have YoYo (very cute) but no HE, just DIY. I asked for Linda at that point, and got instead Lydia. Again, no HE on the menu.

It appears that Kitty has told the girls they can't do that. However, Kitty will offer it herself to "old customers". Not sure how to take that one.

So it's probably best to avoid this place and go further up the street if you want more predictable results.

Thank you for your neutral reply. It is tough being in this relationship. Everyday is a little better. Don't try to analyze everything or see something into what I wrote. Then you will understand better. If you just read it straight forward, it is indeed comprehendible. You may or may not agree which is fine, but it couldn't be more clearly spelled out. If I got someone formerly very inflexible to bend / change, then that is my definition of winning, so yes, sir, that is what I meant. The rants were the ammo / means used to bring about these changes. Her friend read and translated them to her. That was the motivation behind these 5 or 6 posts (some just responses.) She learned that something said here has an effect there, so listening and compromising with me is just easier.

Yes, I had wanted this for a while. I read all the posts about WW from mid May 08' to the present, and focused on the Lily's. I didn't like what I read, and the extremes some posters claim they took it with her, especially this Poppabear from the other review site starting with see and l in early April and Pires from this site. There was just just too much from too many saying similar things for it to just be a coincidence, so the preponderence of the facts and posts info, suggested that they were indeed telling pretty much the truth to a small embellishment margin.

During this meeting on 4/13 when I asked Lily to quit or tone it down, I mentioned that I.

Could write something on a website that would impact her business, and force her to change her mind. Or, she could do it on her own.

She called my bluff. I posted and business did indeed drop and evolve so much that now her mentality is different. She now likes the massages with no finishes or occasional one style of work. She just wants to be with her friends there and she likes / is used too her routine. She didn't want change yet. The business is still alive and I am happier about the way she conducts herself there. She is less exhausted, and more social.

A compromise has been reached. WW advertises in the Phoenix, not here. I am only a concerned spouse and friend, of WW not an owner or affiliate of the place, and I know well enough that even if WW closes, Lily can always make a living doing something else and that I can support her if she wanted to retire altogether. She is the one with the anxiety, and nervousness about pay, not me. Hopefully I have changed a little of her attitude towards this. I'm noticing a difference.

For what it's worth, I stopped by and saw LuLu recently (not LeeLee or Lili of this whole PurpleMoon mess) and had my usual great time. She gets better with repeat visits. I've been a here a couple times in the past and it has been strictly legit for me. The massage is incredible though. Good enough for me to go back with no intention on receiving any extras. Hard to believe DIY would even be on the menu. They wrap you up pretty tight with the sheets. Jenny is legit hot too. YMMV but it seems they have a fairly decent clientele for legitimate massage only so they may not have any interest in changing that business plan. Good luck.
