I finally had some luck on 16th st / Broadway. Got out there at about 1 am.

It was my first time dealing with the SW's in this area, so I didn't have a feel for it quite yet.

I take your word for it. The only spot that may have a little action 3 am & later is 27th ave.

I've seen a few girls who ONLY work 3am or later. They try to avoid LE. I guess there's a LE shift change at 3 and the streets free up for a few hours.

Took the long way around on my way home from work. Came west along VB, saw maybe two BSW, but neither looked like my cup of tea. Went north on 27th. Around Ocotillo, saw a WSW, blonde, looked a little older, but stacked. She gave me an exaggerated nod. By the time I swung around, she was gone.
