On top of that, the odds of getting HIV by receiving oral sex by a woman is almost zero. It would be more likely (still an extremely low low odds) of a women getting it from a men. The amount of HIV load on saliva is extremely low, that is why kissing is usually considered safe. Same goes with oral sex, especially when it comes to a man receiving.

In a study of about 200 men in California found the odds to be about. 10, less then 1. In the study non of the men got HIV by fellatio with HIV infected partners.

I've been visiting Orlando on vacation from the UK and partaking in your local ladies for over five years now. But giving? For me, is a high risk, not for HIV, but for Herpes (1 or 2). U can get Herpes by oral sex, is actually 9 times higher by oral sex compared to just kissing. And since genital herpes (2) is extremely common on women (1 out of 5 have it) , why would you take the chance? 1 out 5, that is a lot, the odd are higher of course if you are in the trade.

For me I usually do an STD checkup every 2 months, so I know that I am clean.
