A friend who has had long experience as a Hobbyist tells me that though he'd never pay a less than standard tip for 1/2 hour service, he does pay extra when he has engaged in a 90 minute session. I've always felt that since I'm already a generous tipper, I don't need to pay a larger tip for the extra :30 minutes as I'm already paying a 50% additional House fee for that.

What say you?

I always pay the standard tip for a one hour session and would tip more for a 90 minute session if the session was very good and the house fees for 60 and 90 minute sessions were the same.

For you other folks peterpan bus stop is short walk to either northmain st spa or is it near Bali spa too I have to look at my map?

Probably a strange request / idea, but is there an OS carpool? I can think of many reasons why this would be a bad idea, but thought I would ask.

To answer your question, I believe 25 posts is the magic number to become senior. I believe a mod reviews your post history before you're actually made senior, but 25 is the "number" part of the equation.

Just because you don't post telling people to do I search or basically post of no value, anyone can do that and put up a 100.

Also I'm sure it must also be how many years you have been a member I am sure I have been a member much longer than most

Flame me all you want, but the reality is that you (and I) all have an addiction. You can rationalize it as a "hobby," but that just makes you feel better about your addiction. Stamp collecting is a hobby. What you and I are engaged in is an addiction. Given the fact that we cannot control this impulse, I try not to let the financial impact devastate my family and our ability to pay our bills. I will continue to frequent the establishments where the masseuse and I both agree that the tip is fair.

I went to Jasmine this morning and got "Cindy." Probably late 30's, looks like the wash woman, small chest. I took the half hour massage, which based on past experience and experience at other places, should cost $40. She asked for $50, which should have tipped me off that it was all about the money. I said thank you anyway, and started to put my shoes back on to leave. She ran out to talk with someone else in Chinese, than came back and said "Ok, Ok." I gave her the $40, got undressed and hopped on the table. She came in, draped me with a towel, and gave me a very good, but hard massage. A few times I had to tell her to lighten up. When she did my neck, I thought she was going to sever my spinal cord, and when she did my back I thought she was going to crush a rib. Anyway, massage was very good once she lightened up. About 20 minutes in, she took the towel off and started the tease. Very nice tease. Very light in just the right spots. She then had me flip, and provided the HE. Very good technique. She got the hot towel, cleaned me up, and then I got up and got dressed. She was changing the towels on the table, and then just stood there watching me get dressed. She didn't say a word, but just kept standing there watching. She was making me nervous. When I finally finished getting dressed, I gave her a $20 tip for the half hour massage, which is what I normally give. Not only did she not say thank you, she said,"More. I do." and then she gave the universal sign for a HE. I said that was my normal tip. She said no, she needs more. This went back and forth a bit, until finally I told her that was it and I was leaving. She actually moved to block me from exiting. I finally got by her, but was so turned off by this ending that I will not go back there.

Not sure how one gets to be a senior member with just 27 posts, but why bother with this place? Haven't you bothered to read the forum and see all the reviews on this place? They all indicate you'll get nothing extra there.

Those of you who recognize that Voice message greeting will be happy to know that at least one half of the dynamic duo is back. Went to see Angel yesterday afternoon. Called to set up an appt and got the voice message to call back. I did not have to. She called me back. We set the time and I found her new storefront place on Beal Street in Quincy.

The place had a reception area and two rooms, newly renovated with the walls only going up 5/6 of the way. Angel explains its for Air conditioning purposes. She tells me that the reason she left was that her lease was up and she was not happy about the set up in the old building.

Angel is running the show solo. She locks the door to the street while she is in session. She lets the phone ring. One of you dropped by to ask for a card. She had to go answer the door. She apologized for the intrusions. Fortunately, it was a slow Saturday afternoon. She asked me if I had been seeing Amy. I said no and asked her if she knew where she was and if she was working. She said she was not sure. I asked if she was comming back. She said she was not sure. Trouble in paradise? I asked her if all her regulars have found her and she said no.

Angel was always the better masseus. She has the better body with a very nice top. But Angel is not a very good flirt. She was always the boss and now we find maybe too much of a boss. Amy's massage techniques were more body rubs. But she was better flirt. Angel and Amy often argued about who knows what. You all can remember the banterring back and forth in mandarin. Sometimes I wondered if they were arguing about one taking another regular customer from the other.

For those who are not familiar with Angel, she is over 40 but looks younger. She has a great under the carriage tease / stroke which will bring you up to your knees. The standard fare will get you a good strong massage, a nice cleanup with hot towels and a relaxing facial mssage after the main event. You will get your full hour for 60+40. She will not be able to help the interruptions until she gets a number 2. Hopefully Amy will show up. Does anyone know where Amy is. I saw that she was working at another place then I later read she had left. Further info on her where abouts would be appreciated (PM me)

Momo, this is, as I've said before, good news! I've always enjoyed Angel. As you said, she is a little older but has a great body. And she is definately not bashful. My first time with her was an amazing time. I love her tease. So I need to pay her a visit.

I say.

To me the tip is the same for 30, 60 or 90 min if the service is of the same quality. I usually g for the 1 hr why 1/2 hr to save. 2 not worth it and as far as. The 90 min after a few bad sessions I'll only do that with providers I've been to before and know the quality. But those ones will go well over the hour anyways and know I'll be good to them without even asking.

A couple of new shops in Somerville, both advertise on CL. I thought I would give one a shot. Called for appointment but they take walk-ins. 2 hr Parking on street. Massage sign in window with door on corner, don't confuse with door to appartment bldg. Small reception area with seating and desk, four rooms, walled on three sides, curtain on front wall, for those that have a problem with curtains. They have one small bathroom in rear, no showers, pretty basic but clean.

Greeted by thearapist, late 20's, maybe 30 something? Thin, cute, nice rack and ass, made some small talk then got down to buisness. Started with towel on my rear end but after about 5 to 10 minutes the towel was gone, I asked for light touch, glad I did she had great technique, drove me nuts, all over my backside, thighs, ass, up and under teasing galore, worked me into a frenzy. Flipped, pointed at Jr, I nodded agreed on tip, standard, then gave a very nice HJ to completion. Basic cleanup, dressed and out the door. I think extra's may be on menu. There were two ladies working, I think other was Mamason, appeared to be older and giving the orders.

Not certain what protocol is on that, I only purchased a ninety minute session once, and I did tip half again as much, and only got one pop, but it was a very good massage, young provider, and she was trying to be legit and relented for the HE, with just a bit of persuasion. On the other hand, I have received several ninety min. Encounters at my favorite spot in RI where I paid only std one hour fee and tip, where they tend not to watch the clock, and maybe the extra time is because they treat their customers well for repeat business.

This is the exact reason that some providers ask for a tip before the service is preformed, and that is a huge turn off, for me anyways!

I believe good service equals a good tip, great service equals great tip, poor service equals poor tip.

But it sounds like you were treated good at mininumn, you asked for a reduction in house fee and you got it. You asked for the provider to change her technique and she did.

A. 2 tip is a statement saying you provided sub par service and you are trying to send message.

I wonder if his boss gave him half a days pay for a full day, and then negotiated the days pay. Would he thank his boss for screing him. He might as well bend over and take a lesson to what he is doing. IMHO a*hole.
