I stay in the BWI airport area. Either take what I can get on Priceline ($45-60 / night for 3-4 star places) or use the Sleep or Comfort Inn on Baltimore-Annapolis Road. They're about 10 min from B / CB or W / W.

You might try the Beltway Motel 3648 Washington Blvd Halethorpe for about $50 per night. They have weekly rates and a restaurant on premise. W / W loop isn't that far of a drive either. Rt 1 and Washington Blvd are the same road.
