I drove through WW on my way to visit my preferred provider, saw no less than 4 SWs along Wilkens. Two were new faces. Got to my preferred provider, and she was dry and sore, someone banged the shit out of her. LOL.

It looks like demand has been down for a while. One SW just called me. We have not banged for a year or so. Weather is warming up, so expect to see old faces. Ripoff Erica was out, have not seen her for a long while.

Any one with information about when the old "Project Believe" cameras wil be removed? I heard they help the crooks more than they help the cops. I noticed that the new traffic lights poles along Wilkens have video cameras mounted on them, any intellegence about the purspose and acuity of those cameras?

Spring time is coming, days longer, SWs on the loose. I miss it when the boobies get wet as they break a sweat giving Summer nights BJs.

PS: as for the John Buster discussion. The idiot is making criminal allegations against a privatge citizen witout evidence. If he cannot prove it, then that is called defamation. The two questions: is she a convicted prostitute? And, did the man pick her up for sex. As for the John, he did the right thing by keeping his window closed, and not stopping to answer questions while cops arrive.

Personally, if a guy like him cornered me, I would believe he is trying to rob me or carjack my car, I may mistaken his video camera for a gun pointed at me. Whatever happens next, will not be pleasant. That is why law enforcement should be left to professionals.

It refers to Wilkins Avenue and Washington Boulevard. These days Wilkins is more active than Washington Blvd. This might be a good point to remind less-experienced mongers to read the forum to inform oneself as to the spots to look for S / W so as to avoid cruising residential neighborhoods, which only pisses off civilians (and I don't blame them for being pissed off at ignorant mongers) which only leads to greater LE problems for all mongers.

Today, I drove south down Patapsco and found two ugly WSW by 4th Street. Could not take that plunge. Yet, found a cute BSW, named LaTonya, full thick lips, chunky legs, and offered her a ride. She accepted and found a quiet place to park. She said that if you take care of me, I will take care of you. Wow, could LaTonya go deep. I usually would not of offered her a ride, yet those lips were begging for Tort's anaconda. She was taking 90% in her mouth and asked her to go deeper. And, wow she took the whole show! End result was a BBBJ-cim-spit. I know some guys do not care, yet I like it when the girl swallows my protein. Pretty extreme.

Next, took a drive towards downtown and found Melanie. 28, WSW, by S. Carey Street and Sargeant Street. I think she was more good lookin before she hoped in my car. Stayed away from those blue lights. Big Brother is watching you.

Thanks again for the information especially since I am new to the area. Read my posts in Louisville. I thought those blue lights were enough, and could not believe those spotlights on 10th & Patapsco. Geeze. Drove around W Patapsco Avenue & Anapolis Road and did not find anything.

I agree with whoever state that key lessons here are to watch your tail, and ALWAYS back in to one's BJ spot. Also, a note to Tortellini. IMO BCB and WW are still the best spots, but this past few years has seen a serious downturn for Baltimore's street action. Can't figure out why things have gotten so bad.

Perhaps, however, if the audio is running, they they are "apparently" committing a felony in Maryland.

At least that's Law Enforcement's position against anyone taping them (abusing) doing their jobs. Even in a public place. Using the wording of unlawful recording of a conversation without all party's consent. Maybe you just need to yell "I do not consent to this recording", and now if they try to use it, they are the ones who might be in trouble.

I am a senior member in KY, and have been here for a few days. Recently saw a very cute blond, long-hair, SW on Pataspco tonight around midnight just north of the Taco Bell (South of the Salvation Army). She was soaked since she did not have an umbrella. I turned around and she was gone? IMO, I do not believe she was picked up and saw Uncle Leo by the Taco Bell. Actually was surprised I saw 2 Uncle Leo cars since it was raining.

And, hit my old areas and where the heck did all those blue lights with cameras come from? OMG, I could not believe it. I guess there are new areas compared to 5-6 years ago.

Maybe I need to hit Harford Road. How is that area? Would love to find Crystal on Annapolis Blvd. Does anyone know to reach her?

If anyone has any reliable digits, would be much appreciated. Again, I am senior member.

I would think no. The US Constitution doesn't state anywhere specifically the right to privacy. The 9th Admonishment has been used in the past to establish this right in certain US Supreme Court cases. The wording is vague and easily misleading:

The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Which leads us to the question:

Can a person protect their image or statements recorded on mass public media through Law, provided their image or statement was not protected under legal trademark or copyright? That question would be answered in a roundabout way in the First Amendment:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

What is the definition of "the press"? A person trained, licensed, and carrying special credentials identifying them as such, or anyone, such as an individual person or persons who decide to freelance and submit their reports on a commercial or community medium?

I as both a Libertarian and Constitutional Realist (someone who believes the US Constitution is a living, breathing document open to changing interpretation as the world around it changes) believe that the internet has created persons that are as much the legal definition of "press" as anyone. Therefore my personal opinion is that someone were to film you in public and post it to a website, they would have a legal right to do so, and you would have no recourse against them unless you can prove slander or libel. The burden of proof is on your shoulders.

Layed down for a nap (isn't being out on workers comp great) , overslept and didn't get out til almost 2am. Nothing to be found but leo and alcoholics on my usual grounds. Headed out for just a latenight cruise, ended up over on gilmore. Spotted what didn't look like what it was. BSW. 5'5", done up amazingly well (nice clothes, smelled fresh, hair and makeup done like it was a night on the town). Been out of work for a month so tuition was shorter than usual, no complaints all the way through and I take forever to finish. Great skills.
