Posts: 39Car accident at Brandi's corner Last night
This new monger was out looking and saw a police car at the corner Brandi usually stands at. Hope she was not associated with that in any way. Looked like a car ran into a tree somehow.

I am a senior member in KY, and have been here for a few days. Recently saw a very cute blond, long-hair, SW on Pataspco tonight around midnight just north of the Taco Bell (South of the Salvation Army). She was soaked since she did not have an umbrella. I turned around and she was gone? IMO, I do not believe she was picked up and saw Uncle Leo by the Taco Bell. Actually was surprised I saw 2 Uncle Leo cars since it was raining.
And, hit my old areas and where the heck did all those blue lights with cameras come from? OMG, I could not believe it. I guess there are new areas compared to 5-6 years ago.
Maybe I need to hit Harford Road. How is that area? Would love to find Crystal on Annapolis Blvd. Does anyone know to reach her?
If anyone has any reliable digits, would be much appreciated. Again, I am senior member.

Posts: 1533I would think no. The US Constitution doesn't state anywhere specifically the right to privacy. The 9th Admonishment has been used in the past to establish this right in certain US Supreme Court cases. The wording is vague and easily misleading:

Which leads us to the question:
Can a person protect their image or statements recorded on mass public media through Law, provided their image or statement was not protected under legal trademark or copyright? That question would be answered in a roundabout way in the First Amendment:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
What is the definition of "the press"? A person trained, licensed, and carrying special credentials identifying them as such, or anyone, such as an individual person or persons who decide to freelance and submit their reports on a commercial or community medium?
I as both a Libertarian and Constitutional Realist (someone who believes the US Constitution is a living, breathing document open to changing interpretation as the world around it changes) believe that the internet has created persons that are as much the legal definition of "press" as anyone. Therefore my personal opinion is that someone were to film you in public and post it to a website, they would have a legal right to do so, and you would have no recourse against them unless you can prove slander or libel. The burden of proof is on your shoulders.

Posts: 506I'm pretty sure they don't need a release for for it. I've never heard of anything as far as the net is concerned. I imagine if you sued them, got a good lawyer, fought toth anf nail, you could probably set a precedent though.

Layed down for a nap (isn't being out on workers comp great) , overslept and didn't get out til almost 2am. Nothing to be found but leo and alcoholics on my usual grounds. Headed out for just a latenight cruise, ended up over on gilmore. Spotted what didn't look like what it was. BSW. 5'5", done up amazingly well (nice clothes, smelled fresh, hair and makeup done like it was a night on the town). Been out of work for a month so tuition was shorter than usual, no complaints all the way through and I take forever to finish. Great skills. Never a word of complaint over the 20 minute ordeal (yeah, I make girls work for it LOL) or the 12 minute drive to my spot and back. Not the prettiest girl I've ever had at my fly, but for the time of night proximity to home and the cost, couldn't go wrong. Next time its FS as she has thick legs a cute ass and a tight wet gash.

Picked up Ashley at the corner of S. Carey & Wilkens. A perfect 10. About 5'4", brown hair, brown eyes. 135lbs and thin build. Went to my office my CBJ and CFS for $40. Amazing body, no marks, great ass & tits. Total GFE, non rushed, and had an awesome personality. Said she doesn't come out often, but don't they all? Lives further up Wilkens across from the hospital. Have digits but was asked not to share, will repeat again and again and again, LOL.

Was out in B / CB on Saturday night. First time in that hood, and found Sheena bundled up in a hoodie walking on Patapsco. On the way to a spot, she tells me that one of her regulars and her got busted by someone holding a video camera. I thought she was just talking shit, but now that I saw that youtube maybe she wasn't. Anyways, service was excellent. She could really be a BJ hall of famer. Amazing suction, dt like I was mere inches. First said. 3 but offered. 2 with tip if satisfied and she was down. Was thinking of upgrade to full service (quoted. 4) but BBBJ satisfied, cooch smelled a bit too much for me anyways.
On way back to drop her off she really started to get on my nerves. First asks if I want to smoke crack with her. Then rejected her when she asked to use my phone. Said she was going to call some dude that offered her a place to stay for 30, I was like why don't you just knock on the door. I translated that as I need to call my dealer.
Service 9, attitude 5, looks 6 Don't know if I can put up with that attitude again even with the skills she has. YMMV

By driving on empty streets it makes much easier to spot another car. If a cop is tailing you it becomes obivous because his will be one of the few cars in the area. I and try to pick a area where you only enter from one direction. This lessens the number of cars that are passing through the area. The idea is to try and reduce the risk factor as much as possible.

I don't know if it was this same character on the prowl, but a month back or so I had a white car pop on and follow me for a good 15 minutes after I dropped a girl off on a sidestreet. Scared the bejesus out of me as I figured it was uncle leo crawling up my ass. Nothing has come of it yet, at least. Scarey shit.

Posts: 142First of all why would you ever pull in nose first to a dead end always back in. Secondly how do you not notice a vehicle following on what seems to be empty streets. I haven't been out in a very long time due to an increase in my work requirements but the spots I do go to have next to no other traffic on them, which would any other car / truck stand out.

I've been to Amsterdam. You pay more than in Baltimore. However, in their red light districts you can easily find very hot women. (Since they're posing in a window you don't have to guess much between your first sight and initiating an encounter.)

Everything is covered in Amsterdam. The rates of transmission of STDs is very low. The girls are real pros at making you happy. The whole experience is very safe and everyone (I. E, John, girl, landlords and the community) benefits.
Too bad Baltimore can't adopt the practices of Amsterdam. What would a RLD with women in windows do for economically disadvantaged places like Sowebo? It would probably become a boom town.
