If you want to make a quick scoop on Harford Road, use the east side of Harford Road. There is an alley right behind the buildings that runs pretty much the whole SW strip.

I was out tonight. I figured with the warm weather, there'd be plenty of action. Boy was I wrong. CB / P, Nada. WW, Nix. Conkling and Baltimore Streets, No Go. I went up Harford Road around 10:30. 11 PM. I saw a couple of girls that looked interesting, but those side streets are long, so it's hard to get the timing down to discretely scoop at a corner. I must have been pretty obvious. As I'm driving south on Harford, a woman in a northbound car flashes her high beams at me, then waves her hand, as if to flag me down. I ignore her. She must have pulled a you-turn because she then drove up beside me going south, and motioned for me to pull over to the side of the road. I ignored her again. It looked like she backed off when I got stuck at the light at Northern Pkwy. Then she pulled up beside me again and told me to roll the window down. So I complied. I thought she might have been the police. Nope. So she sweet talked for a second then asked if I was looking for a date. I said,"No". But she continued to flirt. I continued with "No, not interested", until she finally got the message. She wasn't bad looking. Sorry I didn't get her number for you guys. I'm sure she'd be happy to deliver! Amazing she was so persistent, eh? Anyway, I washed out tonight. I hope some of you did better.

Ran into Jenny on Conkling today. 38 yo but looks younger, reddish hair, average build. Said she was half irish and half native american. Got a real nice BBBJCIMWS.
