With one exception, no one has my permission to repost pictures taken by me anywhere but on this site. I know I cannot stop pirates from stealing pictures and claiming them as their own. Once pictures are posted in a free forum like this, there use is pretty much out of my hands. I am relying on the honesty and integrity of the membership not to pirate pictures. I have no problem with pictures being reposted within the forum.

The one exception I make is to the girls or subjects of the pictures. A number of girls have chosen to use my pictures in their BackPage or CraigsList ads. A while back, a girl who often spoke out in this forum, PM'ed me asking for permission to use / post her picture in a ad on another site. I said yes. She did not have to ask, but she did and that to me is integrity.

There is no law, (That I know of) prohibiting one from being in the company of a known prostitute. There are laws against being in the presents of a prostitute with the intent of performing an illegal act. That is why it is always best to keep your mouth shut, whenever possible. They cannot prove what your intentions were if you don't tell them.

As a photographer and not a lawyer, I think that the girl could be charged with indecent exposure but you as the photographer have done nothing wrong (in just taking her photo.) Especially if you have pro-equipment, maybe carry some releases and cards with you. It would help if you had posted these shots to say a website (of your own, other than this one.) Look, the cop will suspect what you are doing, but the reality is that you paid her for the photos and both of you got horny in the moment. Well, it might create reasonable doubt at you trial (LOL).
