As a photographer and not a lawyer, I think that the girl could be charged with indecent exposure but you as the photographer have done nothing wrong (in just taking her photo.) Especially if you have pro-equipment, maybe carry some releases and cards with you. It would help if you had posted these shots to say a website (of your own, other than this one.) Look, the cop will suspect what you are doing, but the reality is that you paid her for the photos and both of you got horny in the moment. Well, it might create reasonable doubt at you trial (LOL). Some communities of course have laws about being in the company of these women (but I don't know that the constitutionality of those laws has been tested) Barring that I don't think that taking her photo is anymore illegal than buying her a coke, as long as she is over the legal age in your community. Now if you are photographing her in the act in the open, thats probably a different story.

I guess it's time I get off my duff. I think spring will bring things back to normal. I personally find it to be apita to drive through terrible weather to spend a few hours being disappointed. I'll admit my standards are probably a little high.

It is not just about standards. More often than not, it is about personality and flaws in the personality. I know I have a few personality flaws. For one; I am way too kind-hearted. There are times when I wish I could be cold hearted. There are times when I should just back off. I find it hard to say no. I keep on trudging along long after most other guys would have bail.

I rarely dismiss a girl once she has gotten in my car. I usually try to make my decision about a girl's appeal prior to her getting in the car. When the girl bends down and looks in the passenger window I try and get a good look. At that point it is easy to roll down the window and say, "Oops, I thought you were someone else." Sometimes my vision is off. Sometime what I think I saw; I did not see. That's my weak point. That kind of honesty is beyond me. It is not my standards that are low, it is my horny personality that is flawed.

Well I still say it takes a set of large brass ones to take those pictures in public. I assume that part of your plan is to be quick about your work.

I usually go through a brief fully clothed run though of the poses and procedures at a safe location, with the girl, before going to our final destination. I check the area for every possible interruption including hidden cameras.
