There are lots of different scams. One is the "verify web site", the "girl" will email back to you, and ask you to register for "free", all they need is your cc number. Others just try to get you to a dating site. I've flagged hundreds of them.

This operation, which is now owned by Penthouse dba Various Inc, spams CL constantly. If you see a girl that is just too good to be true and usually has a URL or email to contact, Various is likely behind it. This is a scam so don't fall for it. Google the name and you will see thousands of complaints. What is funny is that in addition to their sex dating service they also have one for the church goers.

If they were willing to pay 500 million for it, PT Barnum was right.

Well, I had to put a very beautiful girl with very professional photos on CL in the "too good to be true" column. She certainly does not fit in with the looks of the usual suspects on CL.

Then I found ads that said she was in STL, LA, and AZ, all at the same time.

A Google search led to a rbook review that said the ad is B/S and that she would never meet.

EROS, TER, BP, etc all use CL and photos of very attractive girls to drive traffic to their website. You see a hot (that's the first clue) ad. You go to EROS to find her. You go to TER to see her review. You look in BP for her. They have accomplished their goal. They just want you to click. That is how they make money.

Super beautiful women seldom have to put an ad on CL. As I am sure you know, some of the TER reviews are complete BS too.

I could be wrong. If you nail her I will send my apologies.

Yes, it is called driving traffic to your site. These ads like the ones currently on Backpage with Teleport Communications phone numbers are there to drive traffic to the site and to encourage real providers to place their paying ads. Photos are often taken from Eros from women who post their photos there and give up all usage rights to their photos when they place their ad. Eros simply sells them or uses them in one of their other companies in another city. It is a clever and completely legal scam.

Go to Atlanta’s erotic section, conduct a search for ‘AALIYAH’, and the same beautiful ebony provider appears. Her Atlanta phone number is 6*7*8*7*5*5*3*5*4*3.

This beautiful ebony provider also works in Rhode Island. Perform a search for ‘Meleysia’ on the Rhode Island’s erotic section and this delightful ebony beauty appears. Her phone number in Rhode Island is 7*8*6*3*7*4*3*8*7*0.

She’s also working in San Francisco, (the south bay area) as ‘Tiffany’. In addition to the usual bathtub photos, ‘Melody’ has additional pictures of her wearing fishnet clothing. Sexy ! ! ! Her San Francisco phone number is 5*1*0*7*1*2*5*6*3*9.

Melody is also staying in Chicago. Type in ‘Kiara’ and the same attractive ebony beauty appears. Her Chicago phone number is 7*0*2*2*0*8*7*9*5*5.

Also, this same beautiful ebony provider appears in Las Vegas’ erotic section. Perform a search for ‘Monet’ and this woman’s photograph appears. I think I remember that ad. (I didn't archive it, though.) When she would not respond with photos, state whether she would do in or out or both, quote rates, or confirm where her incall location was, I got the vibe to stay away.
